Operator and Organizer of Technoca, Matt MontsDeOca aka MontsDe continues to deliver some of the best Electronic Dance Events in the Pacific Northwest. For the past 3 years MontsDe had been working on becoming a established professional Electronic Music Promoter In Portland Oregon and has done a great job at it. Matt has brought some serious techno talent to Portland including Perc, Tim Green, Kyle Geiger, Mario Maroto, Drumcell, and DJ Brad just to name a few.
Matt started his music career very early while he was in Grade school. Matt learned extensive amounts of music theory and was also in Band. In high school Matt lost touch with music but while was in college was introduced to Electronic Dance Music. Shortly there after the beats took over his life. MontsDe started with a burning passion for Acid House, Minimal Techno, Electro House, and Techno in 2003 and has been going strong ever since.
MontsDe has developed a reputation as a DJ for playing dirty progressive house and dirty techno and really pushing the envelopes with his music sets. MontsDe is also focusing his career on music production. MontsDe has completed several tracks on his own and has completed two track with Chris Firenze, and is working on a production piece with Mario Maroto Currently. MontsDe plan on devoting his life to producing techno and learning, gathering, and sharing as much information about music production and the making of heady beats.
