We really need a lightweight promoter calendar with tentative dates and venues, including scheduled weeklies/monthlies/etc. It's really hard to plan one-off events since you don't know who you will be conflicting with. If you've booked something in the future but don't want to announce it yet, other promoters won't ever know until it's too late. For example, there are often 2 or 3 great bookings on Friday competing for audience, and nothing on Saturday.

When I threw parties in college, all the promoters shared a Google event calendar. It worked out really well, and we had lots of weekends with good stuff going on every night. I could feel safe investing time and energy in an event that I knew would have good turnout.

What are the odds of getting something like that on Blipswitch?
