are you sure? cause blasthaus says friday 24, but paradise lounge and windish say saturday 25... i just went with the agency and venue date...
anyway, i'd love to hear superpitcher, but not entirely sure i'd do it at paradise on a saturday night. that place was a massive clusterfuck when gui was there last friday. couldn't even enjoy myself with 3 elbows and 2 asses banging me from every direction.

this is the biggest trainwreck of an event listing ever. superpitcher posted for saturday by the venue, bio saying it's on a wednesday, promoter posting a flyer that says it's on friday, and then different opening hours... i give up!

Paco played a killer set of banging techno. Unfortunately the turnout was smaller than expected, which was a shame. Only downside for me was the sound-system. Mighty has a great system, but also a tendency to push it too hard. Especially when the floor is not full of bodies dampening the waves, it really doesn't need to be turned up to the max. Bass starts getting muddy and too resonant.

too damn loud in there. i think their sound engineer needs to attend a compound party and realize that louder =/= better.
the open bar from 9-10 and free paella rocked. had it been only the former and not the latter, i'd have been in trouble. ;)
great opening sets by nikita and especially chris martin who played a surprisingly deep and dirty techno set! color me impressed!
fun night overall. the low turnout sucked for the promoters, but from a dancers perspective, it was refreshingly un-packed in there. turn it down a bit and it would have gotten an A+ from me.

My ears were ringing even after wearing earplugs. Does anyone even enjoy the music at that volume? Maybe people who have already lost some of their hearing...
yes pleases, louder does not equal better, just louder.
I certainly prefer clear.

that sound system is usually very crisp, maybe the djs had the levels in the red
that should be expected, djs putting things in the red. They cannot hear the sound on the floor. Mighty has some lazy ass sound people, you need to have people paying attention to the system all night, not just setting the levels and wandering off.
i thought his set at Kontrol was better last year, but he was still tight...a little boring mixing wise, big club mnl techno. He dropped the bass on the mixes and then jacked it up almost every mix.
More stolen clothing at Mighty. Every party I hit, one of my crew has something stolen. Is there a new mnl boutique opening up called "other People's shit"?
Nikita and Christian Martin both had proper openers followed up by a slammin techno set by Paco. I couldn't get enough of the open bar and paella, the bomb! Don't know where everyone was this night? Missed out big time.
