yep, one by one, everyone was taken down by the sickness at my job. Ive been more sick in SF than any other city ive lived in. Denser city = happy viruses
no sickness, but the electricity went out at my house last night. Brrrrr! So cold! I rely on a space heater in my room, so it was pretty bad. Wore a sweater and hat to bed!
watch out for sinus infections also... i never used to get them until i moved to SF. i think it has to do with all the moisture in the air... but for the longest time i couldn't figure out why my cold kept coming and going until i finally went to the doctor and found out that i had a sinus infection instead. those things will haunt you until you get on antibiotics.
i just got over getting the flu, then a sinus infection, back to back. no antibiotics for me, but i havent had a sinus infection in a few years.

^^ yep. i got one about 2 months ago, and you're right.... they do the trick in helping prevent sinus infections, fo' sho. and they even sell them at wallgreens now, so you don't have to go to some hippy-dippy place up in santa rosa.

Yeah Netti-Pots are great. Add some sea salt and a drop of eucalyptus oil for the extra "fresh" feeling up there. Oh wait I sound like a hippy...damn

i think there's something about the weather here too that's very deceptive, especially in the summer. the hot days + cold nights = inappropriate clothing for both extremes. you gotta be careful!
