Klectik 007.5 (Digital Exclusive) marks Argentina's Alexis Cabrera's first solo release for the Chicago based label. Cabrera delivers a sexy end of summer jam with, "Sin Ton Ni Son." The track features vocals from Cabrera's Argentine cohort, Sol Suarez. The title track, "From 1979", is deep and funky, a perfect track for taking things up a notch, or bringing the mood down and is a versatile track for DJs. "From 1979" features two giant remixes, the first from Spectral Sound's Kate Simko. Simko effectively destructs "Sin Ton Ni Son", creating a timeless raw house vibe, that is punctuated with intoxicating 'trippy' tech sounds sprinkled throughout. The second remix is from Cabrera's compatriot, Ronan Portela. Portela's remix of 'From 1979,' is peak time dancefloor bomb and not to be missed.
