After completing his slamming electro house remix of Symbio’s Gasps and Fissures Parade (also on Blipswitch), Westin Newell (aka n8chur) brings us this new hard-hitting EP ‘Anglerfish’. The original mix features some seriously heavy beats and a mean, ravaging assortment of basslines. The Deep Sea Edit takes things down a slight notch and adds additional melodic elements, but still carries some pretty heavy vibes. Peak-hour throwdown time bizness.

Hailing from Poland, Think is the newest addition to the Blipswitch roster. His music takes the dubstep sound into deeper territory and showcases the artist’s advanced abilities in sound design. Scraps is a deep dubstep groover, with airy beats and dub techno style pulsings. Hypercork takes things into borderline IDM territory with glitched-out synths, interesting sound design, and a nice heavy snare to keep things moving. Flashpoint finishes things off back in dubstep/dub techno territory and works equally well to start the evening off or bring it down during the twilight hours of sun-up.
